Examples include statements like “I know there are 10,000 things on your to-do list,” “You don't know me” for new Buyer communications, “Have I caught you at a bad time” during phone calls, and “I know you cannot return every call like this.” Importantly, it involves never saying “I know you’re busy” and avoiding the phrase “call me back.”
